有人说，许多外国人或许不知道深圳或龙岗，但一定知道大芬——油画“王国”。在这片0.4平方公里的土地上，无数追梦的美术工作者，在大芬圆梦，大芬多元的艺术村落已悄然形成。
原创画家大芬寻梦
在大芬村对面的大芬廉租房内，原创画家王同行拥有一片自己的小天地。2004年，在朋友们口口相传的描述中，大芬村俨然是画家们的天堂，怀揣着一片憧憬，王同行从东北边陲的双鸭山市来到大芬寻梦。虽然当时环境欠佳，但浓厚的艺术氛围让王同行决定留了下来。
曾有一个外国客人出几万元让王同行模仿一幅画，被他断然拒绝。“我宁可不卖，也不愿意模仿。”即使是自己的卖相好的作品，王同行也不愿意复制第二幅。虽 然看似偏执，但就在这样的坚持下，王同行逐渐得到业内的认可——其作品《松花江畔》目前正在亚洲美术交流展中展出，已在十多个国家巡回展出；2011年日 本富士电视台拍摄的《画家王同行专题片》在全球播放。目前他的客户已经遍布全球，不少作品均被私人收藏，如《早雪——雪融的季节》在展于日本东京京都银行 画廊展出后即被收藏。
喝上一口铁观音，王同行调侃自己已是“奔五”的人，大芬村里的年轻画家们长江后浪推前浪。“深圳是一个充满活力与生命力的城市，作为原创画家，我要立足大芬出精品。”
“村民”过上小康生活
在大芬村内，随处可以看见原村民们闲适的身影，与游人和画家们共同构成一道和谐风景。在一棵大榕树下，村民曹阿伯正与几个老伙伴聊天，作为大芬 土生土长的当地人，曹阿伯亲眼见证了大芬村的变化。在他的记忆中，几十年前这里只是一片破落的小乡村，经济发展不好，村里人均收入屈指可数。
在曹阿伯看来，20余年来文化令大芬发生了巨变，不仅在政府的支持下，村内环境从无序走向秩序井然，村民们的生活环境得到极大改善，更重要的是收入提高 了。曹阿伯将自己的房子出租出去，“每月的房租足够喝早茶，偶尔还打打牌。”儿子也做起了画笔颜料的生意，大孙子在艺术氛围的熏陶之下，正开始学习美术， 打算未来考艺术特长生。
大芬特产就是油画
“我们带点画回去吧？”在大芬美术馆内，陈倩倩正与同伴们低声商量着什么。作为一名在深圳奋斗打拼了5年的福建姑娘，陈倩倩即将回家乡陪伴已近年迈的父母。
在深圳工作5年的时间里，陈倩倩时常会来大芬逛逛。“每年我都会来这边转一下，文博会的时候也会来，5年里大芬的变化也很明显。”陈倩倩说，过去大芬多 是廉价、复制行画，随处可见十块钱一幅的画，但是如今却有越来越多具有创意性的画出现，有看头的画廊也越来越多，“这不仅对艺术工作者来说是一个可喜的转 变，也刷新了市民对大芬的认知。”现在只要有朋友来深圳玩，陈倩倩都会将他们带来大芬，让他们看看这个曾在世人面前展现过“大芬丽莎”的村子，可以说，大 芬村承载了陈倩倩对深圳的许多美好记忆。“别人都说深圳没有特产，可我觉得，大芬油画村里的画就是特产。”

大芬油画村再次起航打造新型创意型艺术园区

在大芬油画村的发展历程中，临摹复制经营一直占据相当大的产业比重，知识产权相关制度欠缺的弊病日益凸显。在大芬油画村管理办公室、大芬美术产业协会等部门共同努力下，大芬油画村美术作品版权备案登记工作启动，村里企业或个人可申请通过网上备案TSA可信时间戳获得版权保护。
TSA可信时间是由联合信任时间戳服务中心颁发的具有法律效力的电子凭证，时间戳与电子数据惟一对应，其中包含电子数据“指纹”、产生时间、时间戳服务中心信息等。申请TSA可信时间戳保护可采取电脑或手机登录网站等方式进行，企业或个人在家中就能自行操作，费用也较为低廉。申请后，每件作品将获得包含申请时间的凭证并储存在系统数据库中，如发生版权纠纷可作为维权的法律依据。申请TSA可信时间戳登记备案后，还可进一步为每件作品产生一个专属二维码，其中不但可注明名称、作者信息，还可以标注产地、销售地，为艺术品企业生产销售各环节提供了极大的便利。

大芬9幅自创油画被盗价值近200万元被追回
一名嫌疑人在大芬油画村参观时，看到几幅好画后竟然心动，凭着以往曾在油画村做画工时熟悉情况的便利，白天睬点夜晚潜入画院，盗走9幅油画，准备在家中临摹后售卖。
8月23日8时49分许，龙岗公安分局罗岗派 出所接到事主陈先生报警称：其摆放在布吉街道大芬油画村艺术中心内展示的9幅自创油画被盗，价值近200万元。专案组掌握到嫌疑人于23日凌晨4时作案， 当时戴着眼镜，走路时明显带有外八字。同时，进一步追踪发现，嫌疑人曾于22日下午2时至4时在现场出现过。
经过连续3个星期的侦查，9月13日下午4时许，正在布控追查的民警在布吉新三村发现一名戴着眼镜疑似嫌疑人。随后，民警在黄某暂住的房间天台小屋中，搜缴出被盗的9幅油画。
民警介绍，嫌疑人黄某以前曾在大芬油画村当过 画工，几年前离开大芬油画村，自己开始单独临摹作画售卖。8月22日下午2时许，黄某来到油画村艺术中心观摩油画时，看到几幅好画，于是心生歪念，趁工作 人员不注意，暗中把原本关紧的窗户插销拔掉，于23日凌晨3时左右，通过拔掉插销的窗户潜入，将装裱在画框中的9幅油画裁盗。为逃避警方追查，作案后黄某 先将9幅油画藏到家中天台小屋里，本想等风声过后，再临摹后售卖，没想到还没动笔，就被民警追踪落网。

大芬中青年油画展在深圳开幕
昨天下午，由中国美协、广东省美协、深圳市委宣传部、深圳市文联和龙岗区委区政府共同主办的实干兴邦——第二届全国（大芬）中青年油画展在大芬美术馆开幕。中国美协主席刘大为，市委常委、宣传部长王京生，副市长吴以环等出席开幕式。
本届油画展于今年4月启动，在来自全国各地2735件投稿作品中，评选出132件入选作品，其中10件为优秀作品，目前入选作品全部在大芬美术馆展出。
入选作品中有约50幅以“实干兴邦”等深圳十大观念进行取材、构思和创作，以艺术的方式呈现并解读深圳十大观念的深刻内涵。王京生在致辞时表示，“‘空谈 误国 实干兴邦’与‘时间就是金钱 效率就是生命’、‘让城市因热爱读书而受人尊重’都是高票当选的深圳观念。党的十八大后，习近平总书记出京考察的首站就来到深圳，并明确强调实干兴邦的重 要意义。因此，市委宣传部与龙岗区共同决定把本届油画展的主题定为‘实干兴邦’。”

据了解，深圳市和龙岗区政府提出了大芬油画村的下一步发展规划：以现有的大芬油画村为原点，以旧城改造为切入点，以发展油画产业为支点，在3-5年的时间内，在大芬村周边1-2平方公里的范围内规划建设包括美术馆、油画博物馆、专业演出剧场、油画培训中心及酒店等大型配套设施，同时在油画村对面建设不同风格和流派的画家街，建设专业的油画销售市场，并在国内外建立连锁经营机构。 在此基础上，大芬油画村还将与旅游部门合作开发大芬油画村的旅游资源，最终将大芬油画村建设成为国际化的油画生产基地、油画交易平台、油画展览中心、油画培训基地和油画旅游热点。
